Stations of the cross is a series of pictures showing Christ's journey from his condemnation, through to His crucifixion, death and resurrection. It is a contemplative service, with prayers and meditations about each picture. 

At the cross her station keeping,

Stood the mournful Mother weeping,

Close to Jesus at the last.
